The Breathwork Society Morning Routine is intended for you to have accountability, fun & get your day started off right!

15-20 min: Short Breathwork Exercise followed by a Meditation
10 min: Collective card pull
25 min: Journaling + Music
15 min: Gratitude
10 min: Closing

Bring your chai, a notebook/pen, favorite crystal, incense & whatever sets the mood for you in the mornings!
