What is stress though, really? Join us for this interactive workshop, hosted by Dawn Ferguson, Health + Stress Relief Coach and founder of @SneakersAndKale, as we explore what it is that’s activating stress in you, and get to the root of the issue so you can stop blocking yourself from your own greatness. 

You will learn more about what stress does to the body, how to stop it, and even better, how to start playing offense against it—so you can get ahead of it! And you’ll create a self-care action plan, so you can walk away with actual steps to start setting yourself up for success.

Who is Dawn?
Dawn is a Los Angeles based certified health + stress relief coach, meditation teacher, self-care savant, and founder of Sneakers+Kale. She spent 15 years building a successful career as a marketing director for global fashion/lifestyle brands—while being the "healthiest" person she knew, yet getting sick multiple times a year, struggling with tension headaches, and being diagnosed with an intestinal disorder caused by chronic stress. After totally transforming her health, she is now on a mission to change our culture of hustle, and help heal/prevent chronic stress and burnout—which medical research has estimated is at the root of 60-90 percent of all doctor visits! She currently does this through 1x1 coaching and corporate wellness programs, teaching leaders and high-achievers how to nourish their bodies, calm their minds and feed their souls, so they can increase their energy, strengthen their immune systems, be more productive, and balance all their conflicting priorities and passions with elegance and grace.
